Surprising isn’t it. These people have cheated me for inr 6, 45, 000. All devil’s work they do and telling lies that they have core values.

A caution to everyone, never ever respond to any franchise offer from unidus services (Manpower) pvt. Ltd. These people are real thieves they are only eyeing over other people's pocket. They will put a colorful picture of their business in front of you and assure you breakeven in 6 months and lots of profits over investment.
Then after gaining your interest they will make you sign on their fraud mou document making you invest a huge amount as franchise fee keeping it non refundable. Once you sign and give them your money they will forget you and bring you to panic.
These are monsters. They should be put to prison.

Yes you are right...You can tell that because of you I earned Rs.3 Lac so now you have to understand that if I earned Rs.3 Lac with the help of your partnership then what’s a reason for my disappointment and again I am claiming on you that’s means something is wrong out of that.

Now you are telling me that I stopped working on your requirement from the last year then how it’s possible that my last joining will be on 07/09/2016 and It’s a fact that my candidate joined on this mentioned date and I received payment on 7/12/2016 from your side then how can u tell me that I am not working on your requirement from the last 1 year..?

I am continuously taking follow to Mr. Sanjit Prasad (Head – Talent acquisition and franchisee development) on phone, messages, emails but I didn’t get any satisfactory response from their side and whenever he pickup phone so he always told me that I am out of station and also told me that Mr. Rahul JN Vyas (Associate Director) is going to call you and till date I am not getting single call from Mr. Rahul JN Vyas (Associate Director)

Now my friend Mr. Rahul JN Vyas telling everyone on the post that “ If anyone still feels that we at UNIDUS are at any faults in this matter – Feel free to write us/call us/meet us in person at our Mumbai HO” then what about my calls and massages…? Still I am not getting revert from Mr. Rahul JN Vyas then what means of showing this type of friendly approaches on the post..?

Mr. Rahul JN Vyas is Gujarati guy and I am also Gujarati so I put blindly trust on Mr. Rahul JN Vyas for taking franchisee of [Unidus Services (Manpower) Pvt. Ltd]. I am really very sad because Mr. Rahul JN Vyas didn’t care for a trust and feelings which I put on them and behaving likes this. Now I want to ask Mr. Rahul JN Vyas that did he ever call & message me from last 1.6 Years..?.

And I also want to mention one more thing is that from the startup of this franchise I never received call or message from Mr. Ajit Singh (MD) so there is no responsibly Mr. Ajit Singh (MD) …?

I buy franchisee of [Unidus Services (Manpower) Pvt. Ltd] before 2.6 years. Starting 1.6 year I got response but after that they are ignoring my Mails, Calls, and Messages. I was shocked when my candidate was selected by the company and they did not inform me about that but this details I got from the Naukri Portal after viewing the candidates profiles which I was already shared and I am having also proof for that and most shocking thing is that they also received the payment from the company, but did not paid my share of 60% amount which was agreed as per the franchisee agreement and I am also taking continuous follow up from the last 8 Months but I didn’t get any clarification from their site and when I argued for that then Unidus People are telling me that do whatever you want.

Now main concern is that I am working with 2 recruiter + Office Expenses + Office rent + Internet services and no. of others small expenses are there so at the end of the month I am having average expenses of Rs.50, 000 and they are telling me that do whatever you want. I spent Rs.300000 Franchisee fees + Rs.400000 Expenses which include (Buy 3 New PCs, Office Furniture, Office Rent Deposit and also monthly office expenses). So averagely I lose my Rs.700000 and because of this now I am in very dept tense that I how can I survive.

I request to you all that if someone trying to buy this franchisee then please don’t buy because this people and franchisee they are providing was totally fraud.

Unidus services manpower people tried all possible ways to run away from their responsibility of giving me back my money.

As per the agreement which they created, I paid them INR 5, 00000 and over and above I even paid them INR 1, 45, 000.

In the agreement it's also specified that it will be their responsibility to make this franchising a complete success and they will provide me with a Branch Manager at their cost who will look after the day to day activities.

They didn't make this franchise a complete success nor they gave me a Branch Manager at their cost.

They only took my INR 6, 45, 000 and now not returning it back to me.

They themselves broke the clauses of the franchise just to get INR 6, 45, 000 from my pocket and run away from their responsibility.

They themselves create the agreement and violate it after getting the money.

When their turn of giving returns comes they come up with thousands of excuses. They even blame the franchise and his family members. Such shameless people they are. Don't even have shame to put blames on us from whom they have taken INR 6, 45, 000.

These are highly unreliable people and very dangerous for franchise.

So never ever respond to any franchise offer from this fraud organization called Unidus Services (Manpower) Pvt. Ltd.

This franchise offer is a biggest scam and fraud.

This unidus services (manpower) pvt. ltd. blackmails franchise.
They take inr 5, 00000 from franchise promising them breakeven in 6 months and lesser. after taking a huge amount from franchise's they go on asking for further money saying that they will definitely get all their invested money back in coming few months. once you pay them then again before giving you your returns they will ask for your involvement. once you give your involvement they will ask for more involvement, till the stage that you give them your 100% involvement. now to give your 100% involvement you have to leave your job. but again when you leave your job and start given 100% involvement they will further ask you to give your 200% involvement.
This is the way these unidus services manpower people play torturing games with franchise. this is blackmailing. blackmailing for returns on investments.

I lost inr 6, 45, 000 to unidus services manpower pvt. ltd. because of this harrassing games played by these people.

I've been complaining about this company unidus services (Manpower) pvt. Ltd. For long but this company seems to ignore my complaints.
It's very unprofessional behavior from this company. They only know to take money from investors.

I'd become franchisee o[censored]nidus services(Manpower) pvt. Ltd. Paying them rs. 5, 00000 as their fee which is non-refundable as per the agreement they had created. My only reason of investing such a huge amount was that they assured me that i will get my breakeven in 6 months for sure & after that will be profits.

As per their condition i'd also paid initial 3 months fees for the consultants they recruited to work for me. And also paid rs 25, 000 for a computer. Total amount i paid was rs. 6, 45000. Since i work & stay in japan, they made it flexible for me by providing space to my two consultants in their head office which is in mira road(E), thane, near mumbai. I've been telling them that i won't be able to give time for the business because i stay in japan but they assured me to concentrate on my work whereas they will look after my business & regularly give me updates.

A year passed since then & i got only rs. 31, 500 as returns in the 1st year. Whatever they assured me, everything collapsed. I got a feel that whatever they said me was only marketing strategy to get rs. 5, 00000 from my pocket.

After a year they demanded for more rs. 1, 00000 as portal fee. This time i became cautious and asked for guarantee of reurns on investment. They said they cannot guarantee because its business.I said them that i won't pay them any more unless they guarantee me returns, they broke our association without paying me back my remaining amount rs. 6, 13, 500.
They gave me a loss by cheating me, so i want to put a complaint against this company as a fraudster company and people to be aware and never make a mistake of investing their hard earned money on this fraudster franchise scheme.

I have opted for franchise with unidus company in hyderabad by the franchise india website.
