Benetton Watch — Product not received
I had ordered for this product, a Benetton Watch on the website of Gift360 and also paid Rs 495 through the ICICI payment gateway towards it. I have the email confirmation of the order and the payment. The order number is "00001954"Benetton Watch — Not received the product yet!!
Respected Sir,I ordered a Benetton watch in the site (gift360.in) through the ICICI debit card by online banking on the last 24th August. I called and mailed them many times about not receiving of the product but there was no proper response till now. They are neglecting to take proper action. I feel very bad about this. I am having proof of my order and the debit of my account of Rs. 996/-. I really fed up of sending emails. So kindly take my complaint as serious issue and proceed. Because, many of the people like me were affected by this fraud thing.

Benetton Watch — Non receipt of consignment
I had given an order vide MITBC-WEB[protected] for a benetton watch and paid Rs 499 through my credit card. On checking from ur call centre executive I was informed that the consignment has been forwarded on 13 Apr 09 vide dartmail No [protected]. However on checking from the courier web site and call centre I got the message that this consignment No does not exist. Please resolve the matter and ensure that my consignment is delivered at the earliest. Please confirm the exact status and dont make fool of your customers.with regards
