[Resolved] Best Bus Service — Excess bus fare

Dear Sir ,

When I was travelling with my family comprising 3 persons from VASI Bus depot ( at Navi Mumbai) to CBD Belapur Bus depot ( at Navi Mumbai) on 13.04.2010 at 2230 hrs through BEST Bus No 504 I have been charged @Rs.2.00 extra per person vide ticket no[protected]-978021.On enquiry to the conducter, he replied rudly this is the fare where as actual fare is Rs 8.00/ person .I concted Wadla depot to resister complain but they dont have any provision to register telephonic complain . Please do the need ful. Thanking you

FROM BORIVALI[E] RAILWAY STATION STOP WHERE THERE IS BUS STOP AND WHERE STARTING POINT OF BUS ROUTE NO 462 IS THERE BUS FARE FROM BORIVALI [E] TO PARBAT NAGAR/MANAV KALYAN KENDRA[DAHISAR PHATAK] WHERE THE DISTANCE IS 1.60 KM THE BUS FARE IS AT RS.6/- WHEN THE DISTANCE IS NOT MORE THAN 2 KM HENCE THIS FARE IS NOT JUSTIFIED AND ARBITRARY. THE FARE SHOULD BE MINIMUM AT RS.4/- PL LOOK INTO THE DISTANCE
