I normally travel with BEST bus route# 334.
Today on 20th May 2011 at 08.15AM in the morning, this bus ( MH01- 8213 ) travelling from MAROL-DEPOT to Ghatkopar Station (W) came on bus stop # 9 - "Marol Maroshi Bus Station"... I raised my hand to stop that bus at the stop....but the driver - who does NOT want to have benefits to customers and BEST services company - just IGNORED / OVERLOOKED me and drive the bus as fast as he can. Also, next tho this bus stop, there is a TRAFFIC SIGNAL (near seven hills hospital), where other buses usually stop, but this bus driver (i think he is drunken alcohol) did NOT stop and breaks the signal and bypassed the road towards SAKINAKA junction.....
So I had to wait for another 30 minutes to get in the another bus for my travel plan. And when I asked the conductor of that bus about where and how I can complain about such bus service, then he told me to go to CHOWKI (DEPO).... Does it mean, I have to waste my whole day running after buses and searching for BUS DEPOS to complaint?
I have never seen such a bad treat to a customer and such a HOPELESS service in MUMBAI....
Please be warned that, we are customers and you need to provide good services otherwise we will force government to permit PRIVATE BUS SERVICES on the MUMBAI roads....
If BEST is a CMMI level company then that AUDIT PROCESS and AUDITORS are FAKE...... CUSTOMERS and COMPLAINTS SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED.....
I hope my message is clear, please take action on that bus DRIVER (Bus# 8213) ..... I will also publish this in all NEWSPAPERS in MUMBAI and MAHARASHTRA .....
