Hi All BEST bus passengers.
It was my worst ever experience with the BEST. I stay at andheri and planned with my wife to visit Mahalakshmi temple and Siddhi Vinayak Temple.
We took the Rs 20 ticket and on our way back got down at Bandra West Gaite galaxy stop. The next bus came (31 Exp) which had 3 or people all from BEST in it and as we got in I showed the ticket to the conductor, he took my ticket and demanded that i pay him the bus fare and that this ticket is not allowed in the Exp bus, the bus just took off say almost 5 seconds from the stop, i told the conductor nicely to ring the bell so that we can get down and take another bus, he refused to ring bell and give my ticket and insisted me to take tickets. After requesting him for 5 to 6 times , i had to shout at him and he and his colleagus in the bus stated that they should take me to police as i am refusing ticket, i wanted to get down as this was not the bus i wanted to travel and had mistakenly boarded for which i had inmmediately requested that i want to get down. It was shocking that i was forced to take a ticket and not allowed to get down. I am pasting the details of the same in this email. The conductor was very rude and sarcastic.The ticket numbers that he issued me were[protected] and[protected] this was the bus going towards goregaon West. The conductor batch number is 18420 and the bus number was MH 01 AD 0679, the travel date was[protected] at 9.45 am, whats going to happen with other and senior citizens
The way he spoke to me and my wife, if his wife would have been in the bus she would have slapped him or would have asked god to forgive him for the crime he has commited.
I would want to see, that this does not happen with other brothers and sisters specially with any senior citizens.
Please take out some time to coach the crackpot conductor and if possible take some actions

i wanna know how a formal complaint is to be lodged and the contact details of the BEST administrators.
i think this can be proved since the ticket also gives the time of printing..so guess the machine should have the records of tickets issued in sequence.
