R:;f:grd;w:;p:;;dinbandhu nagar;salt pan road dinbandhu ngr;wadala truck terminal road;;antop hill;pin:400037, I getting excess electric bill since last three months which is beyond my control please cheak meter and bill emigiatly.

I WENT TO YOUR PATHAKWADI BRANCH REGARDING MY BILLING ISSUE I MET MR. KHURESHI WE DISCUSSED ABOUT MY BILLING ISSUE BUT HE SAYS THEY HAVE CREDITED THE AMOUNT OF RS. 10219 IN OCTOBER 2012 BILL INSTEAD OF REGULAR BILLING OF AMOUNT RS.3000 APPROX AND IN FURTHER MONTH OF NOVEMBER THEY ASKING ME FOR THE PAY OF RS.22611 AND IN THAT THEY MAKING DEDUCTION OF RS. 10219 WHICH IS CREDITED IN MY A/C. FOR MONTH OF OCTOBER 2012.SO NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY THIS AMOUNT OF RS. 12304 WHICH I HAVE NOT USED AS MY REGULAR METER READING IS AROUND 485 TO 500 UNITS PER MONTH AND TILL SEPTEMBER MY ALL BILLING IS CLEAR SO WHY SHOULD I PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT WHICH I HAVE NOT USED AND WHY THEY NOT LISTENING INT THE MATTER THAT THERE FAULT IN BILLING OF OCTOBER 2012 AND THEY ASKING ME TO PAY THE WRONG AMOUNT FOR THERE MISTAKE.

REGULAR METER READING IS 485 TO 500 UNITS AND FOR NEW METER WRONG READING IS 2168 UNITS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2012

PLEASE SEE IN THE MATTER AND SOLVE IT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Sub: Total Adjustment Amount Rs 7, 970/- is added additional to my electricity bill without any explanation. The same issue was the previous month.


I am a costumer pays my bill regularly but last few month i didn't receive proper electricity bill as a regular bill date and last month an additional amount of Rs 7, 970/- is added to my bill and no explanation is given to me.After complaint they deduct some amount and i paid it also but They again send me same bill to pay. I need clarification on this.I can not pay this too much amount.

FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. MY MONTHLY CONSUMPTION IS BETWEEN 220 TO 250 UNITS.
PLEASE RE-EVALUATE THIS BILL AND SEND ME CORRECTED BILL AND OBLIGE.

I have received electric bill at my residence at Aman apt. Gun powder road. Mazgon. Of R's. 2690. which is an exorbitant amount. I am single person living alone without AC. My bill should not exceed Rs 400 to Rs500.
Being a senior citizen it is beyond my capacity to pay such big amount. Please look into the matter urgently.
