[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Agency (Ashish Agency) — Poor Customer service (Never pick up call)

To whomsoever it may concern,

Since lat one week I am trying to call Ashish gas agency (Distributor of Bharat Gas agency) at 25061383, to book new cylinder but phone always goes on ringing & no one take the effort to pick up calls, sometime it is busy tone for hours (seems phone has been kept aside). I tried calling other agency of bharat gas in Ghatkopar west but they were unable to help me as they have their own set of area. I tried calling bharat Gas helpline on [protected] & [protected] (Number received from Just dial) but it was switched off.

We have to take one day off from our office to visit this agency to book a new gas cylinder such a pain....just because they don't respond calls.

I even tried calling customer care number but it was also ringing, I am fed up of their poor services.

I appeal Bharat Gas agency to give importance to its customer queries & complains.
