I am very much dissappointed by the behaviour of the people at Bharat Gas Agency in Sec-20, Noida. I required a new connection so I went for inquiry. The people there are so rude that they were not even to speak. The person on the counter there just told me, "Come when you need the connection with all the formalities and the money. Dont disturb us now." They were not even listening to the customers. And when I asked what formalities were to be fulfilled, they were not in a mood to speak...as if they were some VIP or Nawab.
Afer a week I again went there, but this time they said that they were busy with their own work and I should come some other day. This is really a very BAD service and a VERY RUDE behaviour...
I request the senior officials in Bharat Gas to kindly teach some manners to their staff... Was this information helpful? |

sir, my gas agency name is vinay gas service. His behabiour is very rude. He does not want give gas refill easily. He take 70days in gas refille. He is very rude.please help.... My customer no. -V-8992 Name.sanjay
