Bharat Gas / Basaveshwara Gas Agency — Improper and late service

Our family is a big family with 2 cylinder booked. The Gas gets over in 20 days and we never get the refill cylinder on time. Today both the cylinders are empty and we have to go out to eat. We have to book on the 21st day after we get our refill and then the gas gets delivered after 15 - 20 days. We are agonized by this. We have availed no help so far. Can someone please help?

I have complained both in person to the agency and by numerous mails to the bharat gas agency- head office. No one really cares. A useless reply mail which is probably automatic gets sent back but no action is taken . This particular basaveshwara agency is especially bad in customer service and delivery

There is one more such Agency in Yelahanka - Venkateshwara Gas Agency. The People at the desk are extremely rude. Last Month the Gas was billed on 26th and we received it on the 30th. These guys sell Gas in Black and they make more money, so they don't deliver gas to the actual consumers.

this agency is the worst in service not only he is facing the problem every consumer belong to this agency facing the same problem don't know what the cylinders stock this distributors.
No help from customer care also all are the same in this bharat petoluim

This is one of the worst service provided by Bharat Gas...mean they should verify if the person is capable of managing this business and then allocate the agency.
The Basaveswara gas agency in Yelahanka is the worst ever and uncultured service provider.
I suggest you should allocate some professional agency wherein we get what we are suppose to get.
