[Resolved] Bharat Gas (Blue Flame Gas Agency) — non-delivery of LPG cylinder

I booked an LPG cylinder 15 days before but i think it was useless because i haven't received it yet.Bharat gas
(blue flame gas agency janak puri) has been making us fool.
It's pathetic service has finally made me to complaint.
I hope my complaint will be read & you will look in this matter

Mera naam Manish Hai, Mai Delhi may Subhash Nagar 10 block ka nivasi hoo. 10/3 mai pichlay 3-4 mahinay say koi Halwai apna saman banata rahta hia, aas paas kay loog ussay bahoot parayshan hai, Govt. kay according usay Blue cylender user karna chiya per wo Red Cyliender use karta hai, Sobha subha 8:00 say 11:00 bajay tak hamara jeena haram hoo jata hai, Wo ak residence colony may commercial kaam ker raha hai.

Expiry cylinder are going to supply by Gas Agency, C-10 what about this? please help what should we do. in chinchwad in last month 1 cylinder blast case happened & regarding this issue Lokamat (marathi news paper) release article, that what precaution should have take before use. according article C-10 is expire.
