[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — BOOKED GAS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED

I had booked the Bharat gas ( CITY GAS -Distributor-Baguiati ) on 02/01/13 got booking no : 28976129 by auto generated SMS.
after 15 days, we have not received gas till 17th Jan ,then we called to ph: 23583712,23595376,23214343, they told booking no already been cancelled.
After our discussion , they booked the gas again on 17th Jan ( Booking No: 9010 ), & commit will deliver within 2days. But we don't know who cancelled our previous booking. We ask on 19th , 20th, 21st,22nd Jan at bharat gas , saltlake CJ block office , every time they told one day more . Requesting you, please do something for this issue.
