Bharat Gas — Non devlivery of Gas cylinder

We have booked for a gas cylinder during the last week of October and we have not got the cylinder till date. Numerous calls have been made to enquire about the delay but the attendant simply puts us on hold and never responds.

5th November was the promised delivery date but there is no sign of the cylinder whatsoever. The response and attitude of the people working there is shocking and this is just hieght of violation of consumer rights.

We will soon be moving to the consumer court and lodge a case there.

Our consumer no. is 4571 and the Address of service for Bharat Gas is :
Keshav Bharat Gas, Edapally Toll, Ernakulam, Cochin-682024, Kerala.

7th Feb was the promised delivery date but there is no sign of the cylinder whatsoever. The response and attitude of the people working there is shocking and this is just height of violation of consumer rights.

so sir, i request to plz delivery cylinder within time.

we are booking the cylinder 30 jan but even not we get the cylinder office person tell they delivered but the delivery person tell us they not get our number why it happen and we have only one connection it not the best customer service na

My LPG distributor is M/s.Surya Gas Agencies, Mulanthuruthy, Ernakulam Kerala. My consumer No.is 16603. The cylinder was delivered on 01/02/14 and the subsidy amount is yet to be credited to account with SBI, Chottanikkara Branch. Please look into the matter.
