Bharat Gas — Poor Delivery system | |
I have Bharat Gas Cylinder and we have a agency named Mukta Gas Services who handles the distribution of LPG Cylinder. I have booked a refill cylinder on 18-10-08 and till date I havent recd the delivery and since 6th oct onwards I call up everyday to follow-up for the cylinder..and they have a patent way of assuring "ek to din main bhijwate hain" and thereafter it never actually happens. I have a Gas connection with PADMAVATHI BHARAT GAS AGENCY, 183A, Velacheri Road, East Tambaram, Chennai-73, the delivery boys of the agency asking Rs 10 to 25 for each home delivery,
if any body not willing to give the delivery charges they taken back the cylinder. If there any delivery charges fixed by bharat gas? then advertise we will follow you, otherwise instruct that agency and take necessary action infavour of customers.
