[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Not giving extra cylender - Sri Raksha Gas Agency | |
Thi is to bring to your notice and immediate action on the below issue. It is a pathetic sevrice iam getting from the Sri Raksha Gas Agency([protected], [protected], [protected]). Inspite of late delivery of cylender after giving a refill reqest, they are not at all willing to issue the 2nd cylender. simply they are saying that, they stopped giving the same. when i call the customer relation center([protected], [protected]) of Bharat gas who controls all the Distributors in bangalore, they said, the distributors should issue the 2nd cylender on my request and he said he will speak with the distributor regarding the same. even after this, the distributor is not willing to issue the same. kindly intervene and take necessary action immediately. It is a pathetic sevrice i am getting from the Manvir Gas Agency.We have only one cylender last ten year, I had more and more complain in his office for 2nd cylender but they could not any response and they are not issuing the 2nd cylender. simply they are saying that, they stopped giving the cylender.
when i call the customer relation cente of Bharat gas who controls all the Distributors in Delhi, they said, the distributors should issue the 2nd cylender on my request and he said he will speak with the distributor regarding this. even after this, the distributor is not issue the 2nd cylender.
kindly intervene and take necessary action immediately.

i fully agree with your complaint on Sree Raksha gas agency... I am facing lot of difficulties with this agency and their service is very very pathetic.
