had booked my cylinder on 7 th January 09, Since then i am following reguarly for delivery.initially they said gas is not available for few days and then some times they behaved rudley, some times they called my mother for delivery but didn't do, again committments for next few days.Even they dumped my empty cylinder in their go down and called me for next few days, but still moving around the office for delivery.Today again in spite of giving me assurance for delivery they didn't .so i thought to write with a little hope as a trial one.
i must tell you here that no one except my old mother is in my house and she has to move every time for gas collection.This is quite irritating for me.This is some how mental harassment over me in order to get my booked LPg.
cutomer service is so worst that i couldn't get any reply of Feedback Reference No:52620.This is now more than two week for cross mailing but no result yet.
I just fade up with bharat gas poorer service as well as management.
