LPG Gas — refilling and stealing of lpg gas

Subject: complaint against ct.mahesh, umesh, s/o zile singh r/o hno.11e, chirag delhi, ranvir singh s/o joginder singh r/o hno.4c, chirag delhi, deepak s/o naval kishore r/o hno.175, chirag delhi.new delhi 17 and their employe pawan for stealing and illegal refilling lpg gas from cylinders of the public with the conivience of local police in shop no.817(opp tomar chemist)and causing danger to the residence of the area.

We the people of chirag delhi village with humble request want to divert your kind attention towards the illegal activity of the person mentioned above as under :
1.That these person have taken a shop in chirag delhi jointly and the hockers of the gas agency used to come there and after filling small cylinders out of the supply cylinders and in this way they cheat the cunsumer.
2.That the foul smell of gas geneally spreads in the area and the atmosphere usally becomes
full of combustiable gas and the chance of fire are always there.
3.That ranvir singh, deepak, umesh are the man of criminal background and ct.mahesh, is the king pin of this group is currently deputed in crime branch and the local police are reasponsible for this illegal shop.
Your kind honour is requested to take promt & quick also strong action against these person and save the life of public at large.

i saw the bharat gas and indane cycle vendors steeling gas from the cylenders at jhilmil delhi-95.when i tried to ask them what they were doing they trying to attack on me .so please take immidiate steps in this directions...
