[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non delivery after 13 days of booking

I had booked cylinder 12 days ago and i was told that it would be delivered in one week.(i.e. it was booked on 22nd or 23rd dec 2009) and delivery was assured on 29th, but till date i have not received it, then i went to depot holder in patiala where i have account with grewal gas agency, they took money and gave receipt and said as no person is available you can take delivery from our people standing behind our office.I went there to take delivery and and there people said that there is no stock of cylinders and why are they giving receipts, and you will get delivery next day morning. I am widow lady and also heart patient and have limited source of income, how can they make fool of people like this, they are taking money and they don, t even know how much receipts they are issuing and how much stock is left with them. I request senior officer of their depot to take strong action against them. how poor service it is? on one side they say (banaiye khana- parosiye pyaar), is this line fit for bharat gas, when you are not able to assure delivery after taking money, and how can you take money and not even deliver cylinder.

Bharat Gas — Non Delivery of Gas after booking of 13 days

I had booked Gas cylinder on 18/02/2010 from Bharat Gas Agent - Biri Gas Service Sonipat (Haryana)with booking no. 79821 but till today they have delivered the gas cylinder. Since last week they are promising that they will gas cylinder today. There behvaiour is also very rude. They said wherever you wanna complaint please complaint. Jab hamari marzi hogi, cylinder pahucha denge..
