DEAR SIR I AM CUSTOMER OF BHARAT GAS (RAVINDER GAS SARABHA NAGAR LUDHIANA) ON 10, 11, 12, 13 AUGUST 2009 I TELEPHONED TO BOOK THE GAS CYLINDER. BUT THE STAFF COULD NOT ATTEND THE PHONE. ON[protected] MY SELF WENT TO BOOK THE GAS. BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO SO. WHEN I ASKED FOR COMPLAINT BOOK. THEY SAID WE HAVE NO COMPLAINT BOOK. I AM CUSTOMER OF BHARAT GAS ( GREWAL GAS NEAR MODI COLLEGE PATIALA) ON 1, 3, 4, 5 DEC 2009 I TELEPHONED TO BOOK THE GAS CYLINDER. BUT THE STAFF COULD NOT BOOK THE GAS THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T BOOK BECAUSE 21DAYS OF LAST CYLINDER HAS NOT PASSED BUT I RECEIVED MY CYLINDER IN 14 OCT. ON 9/12/2009 MY SELF WENT TO BOOK THE GAS.THEY BOOK THE GAS BUT THERE RESPONSE IS VERY BAD.THE STAFF IS VERY BAD THEY HAVE NO MANNER. WHEN I ASKED FOR COMPLAINT BOOK. THEY SAID WE HAVE NO COMPLAINT BOOK.
