Bharat Gas — Non Availability of GAS Connection | |
My Customer no is 21142, my dealer is Shivshakti gas service, code no. 118216. I want to get a new connection for my home, but am being told to come later, after 10th every month since last three months. And this time as i went on 11th, i was told to come after 25th. I have complaint regarding Anugrah Agencies Basweshvar nagar Bangalore-10.
First they told me to get Notary as i was not having ration card and they will provide me the new connection, after getting that Notary i went there and now they told giving new connection has been stopped. And moreover they are telling another person they will give new connection. what it means ??
i made a phone call as new person and they replied we will new connection, as i suspect that lady want some more money from me. please take action or else i have take some serious action.
