dear sir, Hum vashi , sector 26 se aapko yeh compliant de rahe ki hamare yahan bharat gas ki ek hi agency hen. Only in sector 29. Yeh agency hume time pe gas deliver nahi karti . pochhane par kahete hen ki humare pas sabko deneke liye stock nahi raheta. Magar hume malum he n ki yeh agency black e cycliender bech rahi hain. Ek to delivery ke 20 din tak booking nahi hoti aaur booking ke time par 7-8 din bolkar bhi delivery nahi hoti. Delivery to booking ke 20-25 din ke baad karte hen ,woh bhi 10-15 baar phone kane ke baad. Is liye hum chahte he ki hume proper services di jaye yaar phir yahan pe nayi agency chalu ki jaye. Maine khud 15 din pahle booking karvayi thi magar muje abhi tak gas nahi mila. Yahi nahi meri society me kitni ladies ne 22 din pahle booking karvayi thi magar unhe bhi gas nahi mila.hum joint family me rahte he to hame ek cyclinder jyada se jyada 25 din hi chalta hen.aur yeh agency to 40-45 din ke bad delivery karti hen. This is my 3rd complaint againt this agency in the last 2 years. We booked on 06-Jan-2010 and today is 22-Jan-2010.
Almost 16 days gone. Still there was no delivery/ communication from this agaency. We tried in the above referred phones nos for the past few days but no one attended it. Whether this agency is alive or they are selling in the open marker??? Every time they delivered at our door step, the agent person collecting Rs.15 more than the actual. Whether is it permitted?
Previously we were in velachery locality in chennai there we had Munisamy Bharat gas agency for more than 5 years and we never had any probelem. Normally we used to receive cylinder in 3 days after the booking. Why Padmavathy Bharat Gas Agency is behaving like this? Still Bharat Gas lneed to keep this agency?
