[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Delay in gas delivery

Dear Consumers of BHARAT GAS (Specially BK Enterprise Pune),

This is Rahul from Kharadi, Pune. I have booked the GAS on 31st Aug' 2008 and still waiting for the delivery till date. I tried to call agency every day more than 100 times and fortunately i was successful in making the call twice only. Becasue every time when I call to the number given by GAS Agency was either busy or out of service.

First time a lady told me that cylinder would be delivered in four days. Again when i called up after 5 days she told it would take 2 more days. And today after 9 days I'm still waiting to get the GAS delivery at home.

It is happening with me again and again. Requsting you to do let me know if some one has any idea, how should i can file a case against BK ENTERPRISE AND BHARAT GAS as well for harrassing their customers.

i am s girish my consumer no is 4526 our dealer is krishna gas agency (vivek nagar bangalore ) i have booked before 50 days still i didnot receive the gas really i fed up with these service i dont know what service ur upto other gas like hp iol they delivering with in week even after so many complaints they are repeating the same thing
please look at thism matter and do the needful service

I HAVE BOOKED A REFILL ON DT. 10.04.2009 HAVING CONSUMER NO. D-4344 ON JAGDEEP GAS AGENCY AT BATHINDA. I HAVE MAKE SO MANY CALLLS FOR HOME DELIVERY BUT TILL DATE NO DELIVERY GIVEN BY THEM SO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER & TOLD CONCERN TO DELIVER MY REFILL AND NOT REPETED AGAIN THIS TYPE OF NEGLIGENCY IN FUTURE.

This is vamsidhar from viswapriya nagar, bangalore. i have booked the cylinder on june 12th 2009 in Bharat gas delears Bommassandra, bangalore, till now they have not delivered the cylinder. Two of my cylinders has been completed. when ever i call them i got the answer that cylinder will come tommorow.since 15 days they are telling like this. i requesting you to please help me to get Cylinder.

Delayed Delivery of Gas Cylinder

Dear Sir

I am a Senior Citizen/consumer of Bharat Gas vide cons no 01771 at Kaveri enterprise Moti Nagar New Delhi -110015.

I booked Gas on 04 Nov 2009 and the same was delivered today i.e 13 Nov 09 by delivery man Mr Ram Murti, almost after 10 days that to after several reminders. On asking for delay they(distributor) replied that there is a delay/short supply from Bharat Gas. I reminded them about the Govt latest updates that there is no shortage of LPG. They again replied casually' "SARKAR TO KAHATI RAHATI HAI". Are they (distributor) above than Govt of India.

May I request your honour to look into to avoid harassment to a senior citizen as this is not the first time but I never complaint.

I am Girish Chandra Sharma an LPG Bharat Gas customer with Manveer Gas Agency, Brijpuri,Delhi-110094 and my consumer number is 34706. I have Booked (on phone[protected]bharat bas services) for the refilling of cylinder on dt. 26/01/2011 but yet today on 09.02.2011 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor.

This is Samir Dange from Kharadi, Pune. I have booked the GAS on April 22, 2011, and still waiting for the delivery till date. I tried to call agency on 23 May, 2011, but the executive said staff not available and disconnected the call, so i again called on same number and the person was rude to me and said you will not get the delivery today and disconnected the call. The service is pathetic. Plz look into the matter.

Hi,

i'm having BP gas connection from BK Enterprise Kharadi Pune. i dont know how they are still running their business as they speak very harsh, especially with ladies they speak like goons. the worst part from Bharat Petrolium is not cancel their license to trouble people. i'm moving to HP/Indane. i saw few complaints for HP and INdane but they are not PSYCHOS like BK enterprises ppl.

if Bharat Petrolium ppl get a chance to see these complaints, my request is to send your people on random days for verification, then you will see why i wrote this, if BP ppl are BIG BROTHERS to BK, then my decision is GOOD.

This is Mohammad Alauddin from Kharadi, Pune. I have booked the GAS on 01st Oct' 2012 and still waiting for the delivery till date ie 07.10.2012. I tried to call agency every day more than 10 times and fortunately i was successful in making the call and got a lady on phone who told me to request the Delivery man and provided a mobile no [protected]. This Del Man told that your bill is not with me and why you are calling direct to me. You only contact B K Enterprise.Every time when I call to the number given by GAS Agency was either busy or out of service.
