Bharat Gas — don't deliver the gas even after 10 days of booking and they misbehave

i had placed an order for gas on 16th and even after 10 days of booking i have not yet recived the gas. i called them many times and said that i need the gas but they never took it seriously . when i said that i will go to consumer court, they back answered saying that ok go wherver you want. the address of gas company is: Sri laxmi tulasi gas agency 25-2-20, jayakrishnapuram rajahmundry-533105(andhra pradesh) Was this information helpful? Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, we have booked a gas cylinder by internet booking on 01/02/2010 as per the said mail (reply from your end). And till date we have not received the same.

Also inform you that from past 20-25 days, the gas agency's (Friends Gas Services, New Friends Colony) phone nos are not in working condition and we are not able to genting any response from their side. We are in very urgent need of gas cylinder.

Hence, please look into this matter and I request you to please release the gas cylinder at the earliest.
