[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — NO DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

I booked gas for home delivery on 21th January 2008 but till today 05th February2008 we haven't get the delivery at my home. Whenever we visit there representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. And when you call on phone no-body response. While other's get their delivery by paying some extra amount. they booked after 20 days of every delivery so it takes near about one month & 15 days every time.

I faisal from mumbai have book the gas before 3 weeks and within 2 call they give the gas, first for booking and then for shouting we give full payment then to it is late and they are doing it black, this will not do if any action is not taken then we customers have to go to consumer court, they don't have any right to give in black we saw in tv this gas are only for home use and not for commercial, hotelthey have some other types cylinders so why they are not stopping .

My Bharat Gas consumer is 45365 and it is under dealer Madam Enterprises, Madiwala, Bangalore. I have booked the Gas on 5-Oct-2009 and today 10-Nov-2009 but haven't received the delivery. Everytime they are delaying and forcing me to take delivery from godown. there is godown is 4KM from house but they are refusing to deliver, can you help me how to resolve this issue.

ON 18/01/2010 with M/s. FRIENDS GAS SERVICE (BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTION) 217 SUKHDEV VIHAR NEW DELHI-110025
THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE REPEATED FOLLOW UP. NOW-A-DAYS BOTH THE TELEPHONE HAVE BEEN LYING BUSY FOR WHOLE DAY; PERHAPS THERE IS SOME FOUL PLAY.

I have booked the Gas on 27-jan-2010 and today 06-feb-20101 but haven't received the delivery. when i call them they always says that they will deliver me cylender from next day.Everytime they are delaying and forcing me to take delivery from godown. there is godown is 5 to 6KM from house but they are refusing to deliver, can you help me how to resolve this issue.

DEAR SIR, I RAYU PARWAR S.V.NO.[protected] CARD SR.NO.1278939 CONSUMER NO.14416 OF DISTRIBUTORS CODE 381819 OF GOA GAS SERVICE MAPUSA GOA HAVE A COMPLAINT TO LODGE WITH YOU THAT THE DEALER GOA GAS SERVICE MAPUSA HAS NOT BEEN HOME DELIVERYING THE CYLINDER TO US FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.THE GOA GAS SERVICE STAFF THEN ASKING US TO GO TO GODOWN TO HAVE THE CYLINDER REFIILED AND NO RECEIPT HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THEM AND HAVE TO PAY EXTRA AMOUNT TO HAVE THE CYLINDER .THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING EVEN AFTER BOOKING THE REFILL OG GAS CYLINDER WELL IN ADVANCE OF SEVEN DAYS .FURTHER I HAVE TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE BOOKED THE REFIILING OF GAS CYLINDER ON THIS OCCASSION ON 02/08/2011 AND WENT TODAY TO GOA GAS SERVICE FOR DELIVERY OF CYLINDER. THE STAFF WERE NON COOPERATIVE AND REPLIED THAT THEY WILL HOME DELIVER THE CYLINDER AS THIR WISH.
I THEIR FORE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER URGENTLY AND ACT URGENTLY.

i have booked for gas cylinder on 20 March 2015 and its more than 10 days but gas cylinder is not yet delivered. kindly look into the matter.
