[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Arrogant Staff

your dealer B.K. ENTERPRISES 25, SWINHOE LANE [TALBAGAN]
P.O. KASBA, KOLKATA-7OOO42, THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME PROPER SERVICE, THE STAFF ARE VERY AROGANT they are treating me like a common people, please do somthing, they not giveing me the proper service, last 25 days back i informed them to sent a lpg, but till now i did not get the lpg, day by day they are giving me the new date. i think they blacking the cylender.
please do somthing needfully.

Dear Sir,

My name is Malang Guru, I'm one of your coustomer for last 4 years holding above consumer number. On 23 Sept 2011, I call to your agency number at shakti gas services, Ambika Nagar, M. G. Road,
Dombivli (West) to book the cylinder at 10 am morning. The man booked my cylinder request and told that it will take 10 to 12 days. So when I call on 04 oct 2011 to agency for gas not deliver as it is almost more than 10 days, they said that your request on 23 sept 2011 was not booked and today on 04 oct 2011 we will book it and you will get after 5 to 6 days.
So I request you to please kindly see into this matter and urgently send cylinder within two days to my residence address as there is festival time.
I further request you to please take proper action on your staff to see that in future such incident does not occur.
