Dear Sir,
I am a cunsumer with Kain Gas, Govindpuri, I will not get the Cylinder in time & even nobody is picking up the phone also. I am a working women & my children is going to school, but most of the time the delay of the cylinder & will not get the cylinder in full & I took the cylinder in Black when the cylinder will be finnished, because emergency.
I am facing a lot of problems with this agency.
Kindly solve this problems facing me & other working people.

Sir,
We have Bharat Gas connection (No.15967, Mr S.R.Sharma), and the agency is Dumbo Gas Agency, Jhilmil, Delhi. We do not receive gas cydinder refill on time and for the last few months it is told to us that we cannot book the gas before 19 days of the last delivery. There is a delay of 4-5 days from the day of booking and it has become a routine to be without a cylider for 4-5 days every month with the kitchen being absolutely non operational. The telephone line is either not answered or perennially busy. One person from the house has to be assigned the job of continuously calling up the agency for cylinder delivery.If this is the state of affair in country where we have surplus gas, what more can be said. It is higly shameful that we still rely on the cycle puller cylinder deliver man who can deliver not more than 3 cylinders.
I feel very strongly for such poor service delivery of an essential commodity.
I hope appropriate action will be taken to resolve this problem which not only i am facing but by many such people who are not able to register their complaints but take it as a way of life.
