dear sir, my coustomer id is 26150 at COOKLEEN gas agency. city- Kolkata (W.Bengal). I have booking my cylinder date-15.02.2008 and registered my booking order as 7592 but COOKLEEN gas agency does not delivered the gas cylinder to me. i had several times rang them up for the same, but they replied as we have already received the cylinder. Where as they did not supplied the gas cylinder.More over after that COOKLEEN gas agency not willing to respose my phone calls or hang me up on phone line only. And fore me up to do a new booking for refill. now I'm helpless and did as they wish. I think this kind of harrasment, callousness & rude behavior of bharatgas agent is not tolarable. My customer ID no is 021260 . I have tried your Laxmi GAs Agency ( Borivali ) telephone number sevsral times but no body is picking up the phone .
I have booked a gas cylender in April but still awaiting delivery.

I reside at Mira Road.The nearest gas distributors is located at Sector 11.We have been dealing with this dealer since last 6 years and could not switch to another distributor or company because of non availability of the same within the vicinity.This dealer has 4 landline phones which are always either busy or out of order.(Never rings) and most of the time used only for personal benefits, because of which we take the pain to visit them in person every time.During visits the customer satisfaction and service does not have any meaning to them and most of the time humiliation takes place.This is utter nonsence and if proper steps and corrections not taken on time its gonna be a disaster in short span of time.

Last 15 days back I Booked for cylinder but till now I didn't got it since last three days i am continuously calling the number Ph.No.[protected],[protected],[protected] but it seems whole day i am getting message as "Number is Busy", I think they are keeping the receiver away to avoid the phone calls. Its a pathetic service by "Sri Jayaram Enterprises", there are lot complaints on this agencies then why "Bharat Gas" is not taking any action on them? cooklean gas servicee refile & booking

Deplorable Services
I have been transferred frfom Mumbai to Sangareddy. I have been given Termination Voucher at Mumbai after surrendering Regulator and Two Cylender. I have approched Vinay Gas Agency today (28 May 2008) an Agent of Bharatgas for enabling me to get connection at Sangareddy. I have been told to approch their boss( Agfent) by the clerks after 3.00 PM. Promptly I have approched the agency at 3.00 PM but the shop was not opened even after 4.00 PM. I have seen several customers waiting in front of the office after 3.00 PM and slowly made their way to their homes. I stongly condemn this kind of high headed attitude by the agents and need your intervention to resolve the matter.
