I had submitted an application for taking new connection to M/s. VISHNU JYOTI GAS SERVICE, A-6, HIG DUPLEX, BRIJ VIHAR (U.P.) on 27 jun 2009.On account of this, they even after 43 days did not give any response to my application.i had contacted so many times through mobile, every time he said that you will take connection within 2-3 days but that 2-3 days never come, lastly he said that stock is not available.i am working as software engineer in NOIDA and i have no time to visit there office again and again.
So Kindly look into the matter, really there is no stock in bharat gas agency if not then take appropriate disciplinary actions in this respect against the agency so that consumer would not have to face such harassments.

I have following few points for your humble consideration please.
1. I had submitted an application for taking new connection to M/s. Harsh Bahuguna Gas Agency, Sec 22, Noida (U.P.) on 15 march 2008.
2. I am a Government Servantg and not able to visit their office again and again for taking a new connection.
3. On account of this, they even after 23 days did not give any response to my application.
4. On visiting their office on 15 April 2008 about complaing about not giving new connection, the behaviour of agency staff was highly unparliamentary and objectionable.
5. They were not using proper words and even using vulgar words.
6. The staff and manager on duty refused me to giving me new connection while I had all the proper documents required
7. The base of refusal was only that I was not visiting their office again and again leaving the government duty.
8. Sir, Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate disciplinary actions in this respect against the agency so that another consumer would not have to face such harassments.
9. I am anticipating your positive reply within one week.
10. i think they are trying to make artificial shortage and give connections after hike in prizes.
