[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — late delivery of cooking gas cylinder

Seuli Ghosh, my wife bearing consumer no 14535 under your chandannagar distributor had booked a cylinder on 28.05.08 but till date the supply has not yet been made. It is very much astonishing that while we made telephone calls either the office staff of the distributors just hang on the phones or just casually telling within a day or two the delivery will be made. Many a consumers usually personally went to the shop and and collect the cylinder against card from godown.It is now a practise of this particular Bharat Gas Distributor of Chandannagar(dist Hooghly, WB) Even a patent rixawala is also readyly available there to deliver the cylinder to customers residence. Few months back there were discrepancy in the stock also as we heard. Whatever it may be this distributor is a " THIRD CLASS" one !!! It is therefore requested to the company to ensure a proper delivery schedule . In Chandannagar other cooking distributors are not giving this sort " STUPID" problem to their customers in each and every month as this third class " BHARAT GAS" is giving.
