[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Not delivering timely | |
I have booked gas on DT.28.8.2008 at9.10 AM but till today(dt.4.9.2008) the delivery has not yet been materialised .I am contacting them for last three days but they are only promising to deliver.Today I had met them personally but the distributor authority of M/S Aparajita Bharat Gas, CS Pur, Bhubaneswar answered me very casually like this-"The booking of dt.[protected] has not yet been finished.How you are expecting your serial number will come".My serial number was 20 of Dt.[protected].I am expecting your sincerity on this matter. When asked for repeatedly, they reply rudely saying there is no booking on my name.
I forgt to take the booking number from them at the time of booking.
Please help me to get quick delivery.
