Bharat Gas Cylinder — regularly delay of delivering product

Sir,
We have booked for a cylinder from 22nd november,2009 ,though it should be delivered within 7days from the day of booking,they are regularly delaying. I the personnels working in the organisation are very rude. There behavior are also dis satisfiable.They even hang up the phone if we call to them for complaints.We suspect that they are selling our product in black.If we tell them about our problem they are arguing with us.
So,my kind request is to investigate about the matter.

Sub.: Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder & poor service of dealer

I, Chet Ram consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.7485 of Pankaj Gas Service, Mangol Puri, Delhi-110083

for booking gas cylinder I continiously try to distributer but they are not attend call & response continuosely we are chassing up with the distributor directely for delivering the gas.
And Bharat gas online booking is not working from many day so, please ensure that give regular service of on line booking
please help for regular and good service & attend all phone calls

Strongly agree. It provides third class of service in delivering cylinders. This agency should be completely banned. And it should also be penalised for harassment.
