Sir,
I am a consumer of Bharat Gas with agency located at Mandi Dabwali Distt. Sirsa(Haryana), my consumer no. being 9893, Name: Pawan Kumar. I booked a cylinder on 03 March 2008 however till date I have not received one.
Please take care to expedte the delivery to the consumers by the agency. Their tel. no. is also not responding.

No Home delivery?
My consumer No. is DG-23495, Agency name Deoria Gas Service, situated in Dist.- Deoria (Uttar Pradesh). Last time I, have booked refiling on dated[protected] for home delivery, till now I have lodges 7 complaints against non-delivery of cylinder at their premises authorities, but result is lying same. No delivery is made to me, this is enough to say that, this thing happen again and again on each time for delivering of cylinders. please do something needful against the such agency. He is MAFIA for black marketing of cylinders in access pay of about Rs.200 to 300. If he is unable to provide satisfactory service, why not his agency treated terminated, more active people are in the qua e.

Please take care to expedte the delivery to the consumers by the agency. Their tel. no. is also not responding.

Last time I, have booked refiling on dated[protected] for home delivery, till now I have lodges 3 complaints against non-delivery of cylinder at their premises authorities, but result is lying same. No delivery is made to me, this is enough to say that, this thing happen again and again on each time for delivering of cylinders. please do something needful against the such agency. we hope neccesory action please.

Dear Sir,
I S. B. Bhandare consumer no.000951 had booked a gas cylinder on 25/02/09 for home delivery. The distributor Yash gas agencies, Jaysingpur Dist. Kolhapur (Maharashtra) is not ready to give home delivery and ask's me to collect the cylinder from distributor's office

The bharat gas company chennai-ponamallee.There is no door delivery, customers has to carry empty cylinder to delivery center and stock lost in delivery center again customer take empty cylinder to home.
It very bad customer service.

Shahbaaz gas agency at Morar, Gwalior,Madhaya Pradesh.Who do not have Home delevry vehicle and all the custmers are recieving their sylenders from the godown of the said agency and the customers are beeing charged for Rs. 355/- . Kimdly confirm at [protected],[protected],[protected].

Bharat Gas — No gas delivery

I registered through phone booking for a gas delivery on 9ths . My gas went off on 15. I went to the Bharat pushpam gas. I told them that i have a single cyliender and requested them to send me cyliender as soon as they can. The lady told me that she will send it the next day.

Since then until today i.e 20th i and my mom are without gas and cant cook.
I visited them today again along with my mom and was told that will get it in another 15 min.

I called them 3 times since then and now i am promised that i will get it today.

How can the agency bluff and put us in trouble?
why not just tell us that we are not giving u the gas instead of fake promises. Gas is a basic necessity.

We cant go on vada pav and outside food every day.
