I am a coustomer of Bharat Gas agency Vill. bakkarwala Delhi - 110041.I have booked gas cylinder 23/2/2011 now i can't get my cylinder and i have also complaind 4 times eventhen they have no take a proper action on my complain. My family is facing a lot of problem because of your bad servise. So i wanI have booked a LPG gas my Consumer No-2480 to DELHI GAS, MUNDKA personally visit at agency.I mentioned T.No. Of the agency 28343047, 28343048, that please take a proper action this regard.

My Gas agency name is SHIV SHAKTI ENTERPRISES, NIRANKARI COLONY, KINGSWAY CAMP, DELHI and my name is
KALPANA having Cons. No. 18418 and was cylender booked on 30/04/2011 and Booking no. is 420 I have not received refilling till date i.e. 18/05/2011. Despite of my several complaints to the dealer the refilling the cylender, no satisfactory respond was given. As for last three days I have no fuel/gas available at my residents I had to procure the daily food from market at a higher price and I am humilated and have no idea to whom approach who can solve my problem if this is the service provided by your dealer I am afriad I will have to approach to higher authorities for greviences.

I am a Customer of Bharat gas Agency Kitchen Flame B-2/15 Near Cycle Market Mangol Puri Delhi 110083 ( My Card No Serial :- 586054 or Account No :- KF6331 ) I have Booking Gas Cylinder 2/5/11 Now i Can, t Get My cylinder And i am 3 to 4 Times They Are Not Take Action And In Your Branch There is 1 Of Senior Manager He Don, t Know how To Speak The Customer He Said ( Ab Aur 12 Din Lagege Me Cylinder Nahi Duga Tera Aur Aaj He Tera Account Band Kar Raha hu Jo Tujhe Karna Hai Karle Nahi Duga ) Kindly Please take Action my Family Facing lot more Problem
