Bharat Gas — Distributor has been changed without prior information

My Name is Srinivasa Rao Naidu my Bharat Gas consument No. is 52732 and till last month I am existing customer of Mahalakshmi enterprises-Indiranagar, Bangalore
Last month I have booked the LPG vide reference No.30236985 Dt.20.12.12 still i havent receivd cylender and when I viisted the Agency with the booking reference they told me that distributor has been changed and contact the Prateek Enterprises which is located at Bansawadi-Bangalore, I asked how it has been shifted to without prior information then they said that we don't know please contact them only.

I would like to know, how it has been shifted to without prior information to the customer
now we trying to contact them nobody answer my phone calls and if i want go to agency its too far
