I am using Bharat Gas through Rahul agency, Bhogal (Jangpura)New Delhi. I have Booked my Gas cylinder(Refill) before 20-25 days back.
I was assured delivery after two days but till date (7-Jan-2010). I have not yet recived the delivery,
From last one year I am suffring due to poor servises of Rahul Agency (Distributor of Bharat Gas), Normally they are not picking the phone.
Every time they assured me I am sending your Gas . Till now I ahave not recived my Gas cylinder.
Due to the dictatorship of Rahul Agency dealer of bharat gas, I am facing the problem alot.
Would apprecieate if the Bharat Gas directly can sort out the issue .
Plz action against my complaint its happens several times but i ignored my now its the limit. Do as you can, i will be very thankful to you.

gas — Extra delivery charges
Prateek gas agency charges always extra Rs. 20-50/ for delivery , if not give then do not deliver the cylander.. Hi
I am Ramesh from Chennai, customer of Bharatgas. I would like to know the exact amount that I have to pay for the cylinder when it is brought to my door by the worker. Because every time the worker charges Rs.30 extra other than the bill amount. So kindly write back.

Bharat Gas — Extra charges
Hi,I was wanting to opt for a new gas connection. When i filled up the form, they were forcing me to buy stove connection too from there and they were charging for it. I already have stove but still they were forcing and saying bluntly that if you want gas connection, you have to buy stove as well otherwise we wont entertain you. Bharat gas is domintating in pune city and they are making use of that.
What can be done on this ?
