[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Delay and Fraud | |||
Dear Sir, We are the customer of bharath gas, and thillai gas agency was supplying the gas for kumbakonam, But they are ask to book the cylinder after 30 days and the new one will be distributed only after 20 days from booking, so there is 50 days for one cylinder replacement. And the agency was now started the shopping center, and the delivery man coming to home are forced us to buy oil or any pulses so that we will deliver the cylinder soon or else it will be take 30 days to deliver and also there is another option, if we buy any things in that shop for 500 then the cylinder will be deliver with in the 3 days form the date of booking. We are the customer of bharath gas, andsathya's bharath gas agency was supplying the gas for 8/2, pudukkottai road, TVS tolgate, Trivhy-20,
But they are ask to book the cylinder after 30 days and the new one will be distributed only after 20 days from booking, so there is 50 days for one cylinder replacement. And the agency was now started the shopping center, and the delivery man coming to home are forced us to pay 60 rupees in the name of transport charges so we are now paying 380 rupees per cylinder.please take action.
