[Resolved]  Bharat Gas LPG — Delay of LPGgas cylinder

We have booked our gas on 4/08/08 with your distributor Indiquip Ltd., Nr.Samartheshwar Mahadeve Temple, Opp. Law Garden, Ahmedabad. My customer no. is 63214.
1.Since last four to five times we have to send oue man at their office to book the cylinder.Telepone lines are engaged.
2.Whenever we send our man for reminder, we get the answer-our man has already left the office with your cylinder and you will be receiving the cylinder today.
Kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action on your part against any unfair practice carried out at the agency.

I Gandharve Sain R/o C-226 Gokal Puri, Delhi-110094 Res. [protected]. (Card No. is A-132). My Consumer No. 12607 agency is Ashwani Enterprises, Ashok Nagar, Delhi-110093. we have already booked LPG for home consumption on First Week of April 2009 but till yet we have not received any response from Ashwani Enterprises . We approaced more than 3 times personally, all the time they said it would be delivered today. So you think how a survive the one cylinder with this poor service.

please solve the problem immediatly and kindly do give delivery immediately.
