Consumer No. 132820 [Deepak Bobhate] - Gas dealer: Diana Gas Service, E Moses Road, Worli, Mumbai-18. Facing difficulties in getting refill even after eight days of booking - this is happening frequently. Nobody picks up the phone calls for booking the cylinders - even if I could succeed in booking the gas cylinder, they take their own sweet time and Will to send me the refill. They talk very arrogantly when reminded about pending cylinder booking. Today I have booked refill vide booking order No. 402 and when I enquired about the possible date of delivery, the peron on the line stated that he cannot state the exact date of delivery and he refused to identify himself. He even stated that I would be at liberty to complain about the Gas Agency anywhere I like. This happened many times. Since my patience reached its nadir, this complaint is being made.
