yes alwats phone lines are busy but when it get connected they are not receiving the call i dont know how to get it connected with that peoples when we are suffering from it.

we want booking our gas but your phone is not answering . we try again & again but no one answering. i want delivery on Sunday only. i think your phone service is very insufficient to customer. pls look in this pls pick up your phone or give us correct gas service booking no. to satisfy customer.
pls look our complaint we want delivery only on sunday because we both are working at home noboday. so ple co-operate us pls send our gas delivery on Sunday.
