Bharat Gas — NON RECEIPT OF CYLINDERS
We have booked Empty cylender on 8th April 2009 till date they have not supplied the cylender. Every time we phoned them they are saying tomorrow we will send the cylender to you. Bharat gase service barabanki(U.P.) is not giving 2nd cylender whenever i says him i gets only a response that company has vaned on 2nd cylender.Sir i have great trouble pl help me. My cosumer no is 26854(barabanki gase service), my mobile no-[protected]

bharatgas — non-receipt of refillgas cylinder
i, had booked the gas in the first week of march-2008, under consumer no-5483 with m/s. ravi gas situated at jharsa road, gurgaon(haryana)till date refill cylinder not received, on inquiry dealer said my driver of gas carrier vehicle has left the job, hence he is unable to deliver the cylinder to my house.bharat gas claims to supply the gas within 24 hrs, but this claim looks false & ironicle.
kindly advise my distributer m/s. ravi gas service, gurgaon, to supply the cylinder to my registered address at the earliest.
