Sir, My consumer No. is 18735. Since my getting the connection I hav e booked only once since I am provided with meals in our college and stay alone. I was trying to book the refil from 8th of April. There was nobody to pick up the phone. After trying for 2 days in vain I went in person to book the refil. To my surprise I was told that already refil was booked on 9th of April. I was given the reference No. of 153 of 09.04.2009. Later I gathered to my shock and disbelief that more refils have been booked in lmy name and being misused since I do not book so frequently. Hence, I want you to provide how many refils have been made in our name. If you do not give the details I will be constrained to invoke the provisions available under the RTI Act of India and act accordingly and legally. Secondly even after 9 days no cylinder was supplied. I visited them to day again as nobody responded for the phone calls, and enquired. I was told that since I called only today I would be supplied the cylinder tomorrow. I do not understand why I should call them again at all when I have booked already. Third, theyhave suppled refils for the booking of 10th also. This themselves admitted and said they will do so as they the dealers and it is for their will and wish. Fourth I was repeatedly requesting for the 2nd cylinder booking which they refuse to book. After little altercation now they have booked the 2nd cylinder. I afraid what sort of mischief will take place in this matter. With the foregoing facts I charge that the said agency is totally disorganesd, uncare for the rules and regulations, indulging in fraudulant acts, acting according to their wishes and paying scant regard to the consumers. Following are the complaints in a nut shell. 1. They dont attend the phone calls. 2. Refils are booked anony, ously. 3. They allot connections only afters pressing the customers to buy the products at enormous rates and useless products. 4. They do not book the 2nd cylinder. 5. They refuse to suply lthe refils accoding to the bookings. 6. I shall be supplioed the details of no of booking have been made in my name and how many actually supplied. I am S.Murugan having a relation with you for above 7 yrs
For past two yrs i have problems such as
1. Delivery of gas is not on time
2. I not able to communicate your people for booking or complaint since they are not picking the calls everytime when i call, still you have 3 lines
3. The delivery person (Murugan) is always drinking while delivering the gas and speaking unnecessarily with ladies in the house
Previously i have complained but still this happens regularly, I thought you are a good gas service sector but now it is all only fake but really your not good one
Kindly take immediate actions on the issues
