sub:to stop the gas supply in black and riffling to small cylinders

i want to inform you that cookin gas is going to sell in black in huge amount in town - rajpur dis- kanpur dehat
so we villgers have facing a lot of difficulties.pappu rathore or pappu gas wala is doing dis act. pappu gas wala do the
riffling of gas in small cylinders .
so i highly request to you please consider my request and please do the action

My Name is Deepali Garde ,living in pimple Nilakh,Aundh,Pune -27.maine 8830 Rs./ new connection ke liye paid Sandesh Gas Suppliers ke pas paid kiye the jo us woh sab rules ke khilaf hain.jo bhi bharat petrolium ke rules ke hisab main 2gas cylinder ke liye hote utne paise humse lekar baki mujhe refund milana chihiye ye meri request hain or i want that instruments which which are required in rules of the bharat petrolium this is my request thank.
