[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Service — non delivery of cylinder

we had booked a gas cylinder on 15/01/2009 from bharat gas office in Mauranipur dist- jhansi (U.P)ButEvery day call in the office, they say it will be delivered today $now one week pased .we have not received any cylinder .Have also applied for extra cylinder probable two year back .but no extra cylinder is issued till date. We request you to kindly look into the matter urgently, since for about one week, we are buying food from hotel .
