[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Service — no delivery of cylinder

I order for cylinder on 02/09/11 and got my delivery on 04/01/12.
Between it order i book gas cylinder on ebhartgas.com on 30/12/11 ref. no. 16514603 and till now i do not get the cylinder.
please tell me can i get cylinder after 4 months?
