[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Unauthorised Manner of Transferring accounts | |||
Hi This is Ram Das Swami a Customer/Consumer of Bharat gas(BPCL). My new consumer no. is 51109819 which is being allotted to me recently. I am a customer of Bharatgas since more than 20 years with the same agency. I have being transferred to a different LPG gas agency same as 7000 other consumers of the same agency without any notification or public issue. This is not only me but rest of the other 7000 consumers, and I believe they might be not happy about the harassment they are facing The field officer named Gaurav Yadav (URAN) who had made these changes as he wanted to. and he has not even provided a single prior notice before deciding so. I am the consumer of BPCL, but not the officer who will decide what action to be taken on my account without my permission or without any circular or notice. He had transferred my account to such an agency which is far away from where i reside so it is not possible for me to get my hands over it, and it is terrific way of harassing the consumers. He is an employee of a public sector and as per me all the public servants should serve their consumers/customers with the utmost comfort level which he is failing to do. Also he has transferred the accounts to some other agency so why is he not at the place to answer what made him do so. As i am a consumer i have full rights to question. Even though the contact details are being provided so why does he fail to respond. I enquired of my account being transferred by whose permission. Its my account and he is not the one to permitted to do anything he feels so until i permit or without any circular. I tried reaching him a lots of time but he never reverted. Even though whatever is happening is not at all acceptable neither to be neglected, and as a feedback BPCL should take some strict actions against the officer who is messing up with the customers or their accounts that is the only reason I am escalating this matter to you. I hope U will understand the situation and take some necessary actions to avoid such circumstances.
