Our Cooking Gas (Bharat Gas) Connection Consumer No. C83425, in the name of Mrs. Nafeesa Anwar 2. Our ebharatgas.co Customer account with log in i.d. ‘nafeesa’ ………………… Sirs, It is some months since our Gas Agency, M/S/ Crystal Gas, instructed and informed all that, henceforth, only SMS booking and not telephone booking would be the method for booking for refills. Accordingly, we registered the mobile numbers of both o[censored]s (shown in bold type above) for SMS booking. But it had been our uniform experience, not merely once, but every time, that it needs our having to complain online, after a wait of more than a fortnight, once or twice, for the supply to arrive. Even then, there would be an autorikshaw driver, who would call me up to say that the gas is about to be delivered, certainly after the complaint, and after enquiring the whereabouts and the location of ours (as if the Agency doesn’t have any record of it and as if every time it has to be freshly verified), that he would have to be compensated for the expense of transportation, as he was meeting it from his pocket . And then I would flatly refuse, since my residence is hardly within two kilometers of the Gas Agency and since as per the Agreement executed between us, they are bound to supply it to us free of transportation charge). Later, of course, the Gas would be delivered with glum face. God alone knows, if, to spite us, there would be any pilferage of gas and any decrease of weight of the cylinder, which we wouldn’t be able to verify. Never do they give us the Bill of Payment of the actual price of the cylinder, even after specifically asking for it. With the result that what should be a friendly relationship between the Agency and us turns sour. We could gather, at the same time, from our neighbours and friends that refill gas cylinder is only a phone call away, to be promptly delivered, at a premium, for additional tips. This is because of intermediaries like certain autorikshaw owners and drivers of all small goods carriages, who are being utilized for has supply, of course at the customers’ expenses. People who protest like us are singled out for delaying tactics and the like, when we would be forced to complain on line through our customer console, to get refill supply every time. For example this time, we booked by SMS for refill cylinder on July 22nd (Ref. No.[protected]. Waited till August 5th, when, not receiving it, booked online again, Ref. No. 11377763. Still, there was no supply. Hence again on August 8th, complained online again, vide Feedback No. 139144. And after that, this our complaint [protected], Perintalmanna Dr. K.
