[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum — cheating | |
There is a petrol bunk in mountroad near to DEVI theatre complex that is next to cosmopolitan club no #63 chennai-02. when i filled petrol in the bunk at 12.10 p.m i gave 100 Rs to the person who fills petrol in the bunk.but he put petrol for 70Rs only.they are cheating the customers by standing there as two persons in the machine.one person distracts the customer .in the mean time the other person types 30Rs on the board. then the customer ask him to fill for 100Rs he fills the 70 Rs correctly.this is a repeating action there. please change the persons working in that bunk.other wise i will take this issue with solid proof to the court. My name is SADIKBHIA ISMAILJI CHIKANI, And I am a Customer of BHARAT PETROLEUM CO. GUJARAT JAMNAGAR.
ADDRESS OF GAS AGENCY:- TOWN HALL ROAD, NR, SUPER MARKET.JAMNAGAR-361001. Ph. No:[protected],[protected].
BEFORE THREE MONTHS I HAVE SUBMITTED THE COMPLAINT THAT MY GAS AGENCY IS CHARGING SOME OF THE EXTRA CHARGES ON THE SECOND REFILL WHICH I HAVE TAKEN FROM THEM. THEY ARE CHARGING Rs.510 AND GIVING SOME APPRON LIKE THING. AFTER THREE MONTHS ALSO I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK WHICH HAS BEEN WRONGLY TAKEN FROM ME. SO I AM REQUESTING YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY Rs.510 BACK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that at Bharat petroleum petrol pump i.e. DURGA PRASAD KANTA PRASAD SHERKOT ROAD Dhampur at distt.Bijnore(u.p.) is not
giving me the points in my petrol card because of yhs I am having a big problem.
Please tell me the solution .
