With reference to the above subject, this is to bring to your kind notice that I have booked cooking gas on 10/12/2008 (Booking number – 2458) and was promised to get the gas within 10 days. I called them on 26/12/2008 and was surprised to know that it has been delivered on 16/12/2008 according to their records; when they came to know that I have not got the gas till now, then they said it will be delivered positively on 26th or 27th. This clearly establishes there is pilferage of Gas at your distributor’s end. But now it is 21days and I have still not received any gas. These sorts of incidents have happened many times before.
I therefore, request you to take strong action in this regard to stop future pilferage and maintain regularity of delivery.

I have the complaint that this agency should be shut down and to be handed over to a more responsible person because i have seen that these guys dont respond to the bookings of domestic Lpg containers and they supply it to some other illegal buyers on our booking number and dates. I have suffered it more than ten times and other customers are frustrated by this supplier services.
So i plead BPC to abolish this supplier and take proper actions.
