I AM CONSUMER OF BP GAS BEARING CONSUMER NO : 18272.MY AGENCY IS
FUEL BHARAT PETROLIUM GAS DISTRIBUTER
GOPALAPURAM
I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS ON[protected] BUT IM NOT RECEIVED GAS CYLINDER, HOW MANY DAYS WE SHOULD HAVE FOOD THROUGH HOTELS, BECAOUSE OF HAVING FOOD OUTSIDE MY FAMILY ARE SUFFERING FROM FEVER.
Whenever I called there, an operator hands over the call to the delivery staff. The delivery staff takes the address details & ends up the call confirming the delivery "TODAY" This "Today" never arrise & he never turns up. What should we do ????

even after waiting for 15 days the gas has not arrived, Consumer Number is 67146, Agency is Golden Gas Agency, Peelamedu, Coimbatore. On the phone also the response is not satisfactory. Can u please tell if the gas will come for 45 days in a family of 5 with 3 children. What is the use of having a double cylinder. Please look into the matter n do the needful

We have booked gas on 24th October, 2009 but still we have not getting delivery of gas .I think they are blacking the gas.
So I request you to look into this matter.

I too agree with those complaints against gas distributres. Particularly in Coimbatore, gas agencies are very particular to earn money by selling domestic cylinders to taxi drivers & commercial people who run restaurants. Government should take stern steps to stop them selling commercially.
