I am a Bharatgas consumer.
My Consumer No is 30522 of BPCL
I have received a GAS Cylinder delivery from the nearest gas distributor (i.e TOLYYFLAME) on 10/04/2010.
While receiving the cylinder I normally check the the expiry date of the cylinder which on today;s delivery was of D08 & was already expired.
I had called the distributor( TOLLYFLAME @ [protected] & complained the mater but they said that they can not do any thing as the same is being provided by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. & they can not anything about it.
When I repetedly & said about the expiry product suply. They said that you can raise complain, but no one there to listen to you.
I am realy scared on the condition of the cylinder & need help to replace the same ASAP. I think BPCL is playing with security of it consumer & need to get punished. Was this information helpful? |
