As on today dated 28 march 2010 time 10.07 & 10.12 AM card no FC [protected] on FO[protected] while filling the diesel for 500/- the salesman has cheated our staff by withdrawing cash from cms twice for 500 + 500/- on above mentioned time and filled diesel only for the value of 500/-



We kindly request you to do the necessary action on this matter and let us know how the money will be returned to our cms a/c



Hope you will do the necessary at the earliest

Dear Sir What about my complaint regarding replacement of damage petro card submitted by me to your BPCL out late at Chandrasekharpur Bhubaneswar on 18.8.2012 vide petro card complaint form no.1915.
